United Nation's Research: Engaging Digital Influencers in Impact

Campaigns

As part of our partnership with the United Nations, we set out on a research project to understand “How might we inspire digital influencers, that are not already speaking out about the topic, to engage in conversations around gender-based violence?” We set out to answer this question through a series of literature reviews and focus groups to first understand the current landscape of Creator-Led activism and then to understand where the roadblocks existed that kept Creators from truly and meaningfully creating content around topics that were important to them and their audiences.

impact statement

By uncovering the roadblocks that kept influential creators from engaging in support and advocating issues, we can unlock an incredibly powerful vehicle for culture change that can shift the way we tell stories and engage audiences.
